DMCA Policy

1. Overview

TPS Worldwide LLC ("TextSpeakPro," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all content hosted on or generated through textspeakpro.com, including but not limited to:

  • Text submitted for speech generation
  • Audio files generated by the service
  • Voice cloning samples submitted by users
  • Blog articles and other content published on the site
  • User-submitted content of any kind

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on TextSpeakPro infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  2. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our service (e.g., URL, description, user account).
  3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which TextSpeakPro may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Processing Timeline

  • We will acknowledge receipt of a valid DMCA notice within 2 business days.
  • Infringing material will be removed or disabled promptly, typically within 3 business days of receiving a valid notice.
  • The affected user will be notified of the takedown.
  • If a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

7. Repeat Infringers

TextSpeakPro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

8. Good Faith

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not file a DMCA notice unless you genuinely believe the material infringes your copyright.
